Meet at the Resort and you will be transferred to the Park Headquarters where your guide will lead you to a 3km hike through Mulu's amazing tropical rainforests.

Discover Lang Cave and its beautiful formation, and walk through the world's largest cave entrance: the massive Deer Cave.

Relax with a snack at the open-air observatory for an opportunity to witness the phenomenon exodus of millions of bats out of the caves, spiraling high overhead and ascend to the sky where they will search for food. Hike back to the Resort by 1900-2000 hours

Meet at the Resort and your guide will lead you to a long boat that bring you through the winding rivers to a tribal "Penan" settlement.

Continue up river to the enchanting Wind and Clearwater Caves of Mulu. The Wind Caves is famous for the naturally "sculpted" coloumn and pillars of the King's Chamber while the Clearwater Caves was formed by the waters of the 118km long cave system.

You may take a swim at the refreshing Clearwater ! The hightlight of the visit must be to see the Rajah Brooke butterflies hovering around the river and entrance of the caves.

A most unique sighting of nature well protected and conserved. Return to the resort by boat and you should be at the Resort by 1300 hours.

Depart the Resort at for a boat trip along the scenic river to the Long Iman longhouse - home to the once nomadic Penan tribe. Visit the longhouse of 33 families.

See their unusual communual living quarters and the long verandah where they socialise.

Take a walk into the jungle and discover the deep canopy of the forest where they once lived and look out for the medicinal plants that are grown here. Cruise back to the Resort by 1700 hours

Meet up with your guide at the lobby for a 30 minute boat ride to Long Lesat or Batu Mulong. From there we begin trekking along a small forest path.

Expect leeches and other creepy crawlies to make your trip more memorable. Your local guide will explain the plants around you that have been used by the Penan for centuries as medicines and food.

Considerable fitness is required for this trip. Return to the resort at 1400 hours. This tour is subject to weather and river level conditions.
